Yes! Typically we raise our loft flooring for loft storage using CLS , however in new builds, sometimes we have to use loft legs to raise the floor over 280mm however we still use CLS in conjunction with the loft legs as we believe it creates a much stronger loft storage area
Yes of course, if you don't require loft storage or loft flooring/Boarding, we install loft ladders from £180 for an aluminium pair. If you require a drop-down loft hatch with the ladders, then it's just £300 for both . If you want something more substantial we supply and install Keylite timber ladder and hatches from £450.
Our loft packages start at £450. This gives you 8sqm of subframed floor, loft ladder and light. If you need a drop down loft hatch then just add £100 and we'll supply and install everything above for £550.
Need extra loft flooring then it's just £350 for extra 8sqm of subframed floor.
Generally a loft package with 8sqm loft flooring will be completed in 3/4 hours. Anything upto 24sqm of loft flooring can be completed in the day.
Because we like to be efficient with your new loft storage area, we do ask if you can clear the area we are to be placing your loft flooring, your possessions can stay in the loft, as long as we can lay your loft boards.
